I use a NuvaRing and supposed to get my period exactly at the time me and my husband going to Virgin Islands! Could I take the NuvaRing out two days later then I'm supposed to? And what would be the consequences of that? And when would I insert it back? The day I would normally do or 7 days after I actually took it out?

Call your Doctor or obgyn....they will be able to tell you exaclt what you can or cant do.
Im not familiar with the Nuvaring...So best to ask a pro.

Now I know for sure you can manipulate your period when you are on the pills by not taking the sugar pills and starting a new pack right after you are finished. Not so sure with the ring. Maybe what you should do is stop the ring for maybe a week before going to the virgin islands and the week of the virgin islands and do the pills for those 2 weeks.

You can skip your period by continuing the pill, but always check with your Dr 1st
