but you guy's end up having phone sex and she give's mixed signal's like she wants to but then like she don't even though you have said this won't happen again and you have changed...why won't she just go why she still keep's contact but don't wanna be round you even though you want her to?

Well it seems pretty clear to me. She does not want to give you any kind of committment but still wants to know she has you as a backup if she needs to run back to you. She is playing you for a fool and using you.

I am a bit confused, she dumped you for cheating and now you want her back and she doesn't want you? Sounds like you messed up buddy. You know what though, if that is the way it played out. I think I would want her back, she is nuts, the good nuts the kind only her man could appreciate. Work with her for a minute,but if it never gets past phone sex... get past her.
