How about baby supplies, you can never have enough of those, just buy a small laundry basket and fill it with baby goods I'd say a baby bag, but I'm sure she'll get tons of those already so why buy one to fill up when she'll probably just return that. Anyway I always buy supplies diapers, bottles, formula, lotion, shampoo, etc.

If you want brownie points and want to look like you spent some money, go to the local dollar store, (if you have a Dollar Tree store or Family Dollar close by it would be good) and get $5-$10 worth of stuff and buy a gift bag and throw it all in there.
As for what to get, you want bottles, bibs, receiving blankets, pacifiers, diapers and wipes, little bootie socks, toys, teething rings, baby manicure sets, etc..... anything that is in the baby aisle. Most of those things are about $1 each at the right store.

Buy a set of bottles or some cheap toy at walmart or target. You could probably go to the Dollar store or Dollar Tree and get baby stuff.

I think a lovely card expressing your joy of the coming birth of their child would be appropriate with a couple of coupons from you volunteering to babysit so the couple can have a night or two out. Include a couple of movie passes or a gift certificate to a local restaurant....
You will find babies are pretty hard to not love....
A case of diapers is always a nice gift.....A couple of packages of "thank You" cards with a book of postage stamps so the mother to be can send out her thank you notes!

Get a card and a $5 gift card for Target or something. Impersonal, sure, but how well do you know this aunt's boyfriend's daughter?

Give a Gift Certificate to Baby's R Us, or give her a bunch of newborn diapers. Thats always a good gift.

Well you could buy some baby socks or blankets, those aren't that expensive, or you could just get them a gift card from Babies R Us or some other baby store!

Diapers, bath products like powder, baby wash, lotion, some onsies, a little outfit, a cute blanket. All of that stuff is really cheap.

I recommend getting her a gift card to Wal-Mart ($10-$15). They have one for baby. It has a yellow rubber ducky on it. That way she can get what she needs or wants, and you don't have to worry about her likes or dislikes. I give gift cards for all occasions. It's less stressful.
