Just wondering if anyone has bought one lately...either that or I'LL GO TO A SHOP!!

My 16yr old son bought one last week for £279. He got the core package which included a wired controller and memory unit plus 2 games but he swapped one of the games and the memory unit for the hard drive because it is portable anyway. (He knew I would buy him the games). His verdict is "Graphics 10x beter than normal xbox and the extra features it has make it worth the money.

Core is $300 and Premium is $400. I would not expect a price drop soon. They do not really need to.

£125-£300 depending on the package. You can probably pick them up on Ebay cheaper if you're happy with a used one.
