I want to lose weight till the christmas time.Im 17, height 5'7",weight 50 kgs.
What to do?

well gurl i dnt think ur overweight or nythin..cuz u seem underweight!!!!!!!! dnt try n look skinny..well if u wanna go in fer sum modellin purpose..then i cldve actually made a guess dat u wanna lose weight! well if ur a b+ ditch d carbs n go in for smaller portions.jogging always makes ppl lose weight n get a toned figure. sit ups n streches r very very imp after ny exercise..so ake it a point to do 25-40 situps(go gradually frm 25-40) afetr exercise

Maintain a proper diet--breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Also, exercise! That does not necessarily mean going to the gym. You can take a walk outside, go to the mall, clean your house, vaccum, do laundry, plant a garden outside...all of these things count as exercise. Also, I purchased the Tae-Bo series workout videos--they are fun and make you sweat!

I don't think you are fat, but if you really want you can tone muscles with exercise and eating proper portion meals and no junk food

With a BMI of 17.3 you are already underweight - skeletal is not the way to go..
