I don't think a boob job will enhance self confidence if there isn't any confidence to enhance. I personally don't think you should mess with mother nature. If that is why your doing it, my guess is it won't end with a boob job you will just find another area to focus on.Ultimately the quest for perfection will never end, and you will just be broke.

not being a boob man plus the fact they are fake i have never really understood the point. but it keeps a plastic surgeon in a job and driving a bmw hey where's the harm? and its another expensive thing for the woman who has everything to spend her husbands hard earned money. Q.how many male chauvinists does it take to change a light-bulb? A. None let the b*tch cook in the dark!!! women have issues? they will be wanting to vote next.

F*ck the boob job. I don't understand these guys that are so into women getting their milk bags enlarged. What guy in their right mind would want to grab onto a bag of silicone instead a real udder? Who f*ucking cares how big they are. T*its are t*its. They are all fun.

I think it can go either way. For some women it really builds self confidence because them having a flat chest is the only thing they hate about themselves.

I've only had "hands on" experience with one woman who had fake boobs, if you'll forgive the really quite dreadful pun.
I found it to be delightful - but then I'm no purist.
And who cares about "women's issues"?

Thirty years ago I was in my late twenties and don't recall anything being particularly wrong with either women's issues or their boobs.
