A nonmoral nature would mean that there is no system of judgment to determine what is right or wrong. In theory one would have to determine morality using an ever-moving standard. Evolution of man from time, mass, and chance would mean there is no universal moral system, because there is no moral being to determine the univeral standard - the standard would change, evolve to meet the time and circumstances.

the fact is that we all make moral judgment daily. sometimes we hold to a universal standard (if you agree that there is a universal, moral-law-giver=God). sometimes we just do what is self-serving, or what is popular.

No idea. Can you elaborate as to the context?

My first thought is that it referrs to something that is naturally occurring and non-intelligent, like the weather, which is "non-moral" (ie, the concept of morality cannot be applied) because there is no thought process involved.

Unless it's just some new-fangled way the pseudo-religious have invented to insult people they don't like.

Poor choice of words. The correct word is amoral. Nature is amoral. In other words, morality is not valid for Nature because Nature does not judge based on morality only on fitness.
