Real Time stock quotations are very expensive. The only way you will get access to them is if you are doing a lot of business with someone who pays for it. While it might seem free to you, it would actually be very expensive.
However, it is easy to get quotations that are delayed by 20 minutes. I believe that the Yahoo Finance quotations have a 20 minute delay.

Yahoo finance is free & about 15 minutes old, if you want faster than that but cannot afford the Real-time fees, you probably should NOT be investing.

your stock broker may have a package you can look at, ask them for your market depths also if your looking to trade live. I'm not sure if metastock has it but you could get it a go. www.metastock.com
