They may never hurt. Every woman is different and every pregnancy you have is different.

Breast tenderness may come at anytime during pregnancy. Every woman is different. The surge in the hormones are the indicator. Usually a women feel breast tenderness even before they become known of their pregnancy.Some women do not get it at all until their milk comes in. There is no definite answer because each woman is Unique . Hope this helps.

I am 6 months pregnant and my breasts hurt for the first 3 months before the tenderness subsided. They dont hurt anymore though! However every pregnancy is different so dont worry! good luck X

That is how i knew i was pregnant... mine were so so sore. I am almost 8 months pregnant and they have felt the same through out the whole pregnancy. You have to keep in mind that every body is different, and you should get checked out by your doctor.

no your breast don't hurt when they grow a lttle fuller during pregnacy, but do hurt a little when they get enjorged during breast feeding. do a self breasr exam to check for lumps to make sure you don't have cysts or tumors,if you find something questionable go see your doctor and get a mamogram to rule out cancer.

They may not, everyone is different. Mine never hurt until after baby was born and my milk was drying up.
