Hmm...well, it all depends. It sounds like you might have done something to offend him or hurt him in some way. Have you tried talking to him?

Maybe he knows that it will devastate you cause most woman like attention and he is angry about what ever the problem is and he don't wont to attract that attention to you unless he is lying of course. But some males know that when you look a women in the eyes it is with feeling and you are show her that nobody else care but you and him like you two are the only ones left. Maybe for him the thrill is gone

Can't say without knowing more of the situation.
But he is an EX. He doesnt need to have anything to do with you. If it ended badly, then he should be allowed to go his way without seeing you. Maybe he is mad, sad, or even ashamed. Who knows.

Maybe his not get over you, he still loves you and his afraid if he gonna look at you he cant control his feelings to get back to you. Just dont mind him so much your over with him not unless if you still like him that is why you worry much about it. If you really worried coz he dont look at you then talk to him after all your still friend after the broke up.

well if he wont look at you then he must still feel something for you. That is usually the case for me, he may not love you but he does like you try and talk to him about it.

If you had a bad falling out, maybe you upset or hurt him. If you dumped him, it may hurt him to see you because he still likes you.

did u cheat on him or did u do something to him that he didnt want u to do like break up him and his gf up it could be many reasons

Did he cheat on you, or did you cheat on him? Maybe he is ashamed and embarrased. Who broke up with who? Maybe it hurts him to see you if you dumped him.
