What are the main ideas for the "care of ethics", and what are some of the problems with this theory?

I'm not referring to health care ethics but a philosophy approach.

"Care of ethics" is the nurture and guidance of the whole aspect of the main body for the whole followers and sympathizers and its problem is its lope holes for others to take advantage.
