I am 3/4 Scottish, 1/5 Welsh, with one Black, German, & French Hugunout ancestor.

Being "Scottish" is cool b/c Scotland was the 1st country to mandate public education, has posted the 2nd most Nobel Prizes per population (Jews are 1st), and invented things like the bike, phone, electricity, etc

Dark-complexioned, fair-skinned Caucasian 1/2 Scottish, 1/2 English Saxon/Viking type hybrid.

I was born in England, so technically I'm English.

However, and to compromise with divided loyalties, I prefer to think of myself as British with no hard and fast allegiance to either side of the border.

I'm all mixed up. I know I have a Native American ancestor and some Irish on my dad's side. I think it's mostly English back on my mom's side, but I'm not sure. I wish I knew how to find out. You don't by any chance know a free and easy website for researching personal geneology, do you?
