I am not pregnant, first of all but for the past couple of days I've been hungry a lot, like and hour or two after I've eaten a healthy meal.
I also get shaky and nervous, my stomach makes horrible noises too.

Have you changed anything in your diet lately? Back in April I cut junk food from my diet. I started eating strictly healthy foods. The first week or so, I was constantly hungry (my metabolism was speeding up) and I had really annoying diareah. My stomach was constantly making noise. I even broke out with tons of acne. Anyway, then the symptoms died down as my body acclimated to the new foods I was putting into it. I feel much better now than I did before the diet change. If you haven't changed anything in your diet, and the symptoms persist more than a week, then go see your doctor.

When your body tells you that it's hungry you should eat. If you have already had a sensible meal then just stick with a healthy snack. Those 100 calorie snack packs are great because they are sensible yet you're not eating carrots all day. That way you can still have the "junk food" that your body thinks it wants and it's healthier for you. If you are getting shaky and nervous then you could be hypoglycemic. If that's the case try to stay away from foods with a lot of carbs and see if that helps you out at all.

Well it could be a lot of things. Thyroid comes to mind first.
If you are shaky and nervous and or having diarrhea or bowel problems. That could be the sign of an over active thyroid.
On the other hand if its something that happens right before your period it could be pretty normal and nothing to worry about.
Call your doctor to get a check up.

see a doctor.

what you THINK is hunger could just be discomfort or pain in your stomach or other organs from something else - GERD, ulcer, etc. See a doctor, there could be a lot of issues here from diabetes to hypoglycemia to a number of things we can't answer for you here.
