I have been debating over the Easton Stealth Stiff Flex and Regular Flex bats to get for next season. What is the difference between Stiff and Regular?

The Stiff flex, like its name indicates, is a little less flexible than the Regular. The Stiff is about 1.5 times more flexible than aluminum, while the Regular is 3 times as flexible.

The weight and shape are identical (I think), so it's really just a matter of the flexibility. What I'm not sure of is whether it's the handle or barrel that has the increased flexibility. If it's the handle, then I'd go with less flex, because you're going to lose some power in your swing. If it's the barrel, I'd take it, because it will help, especially with inside pitches.

Just like with golf clubs ... a stiff flex is better if you can generate a lot of bat speed. Regular flex is better if you are a little slower. While you do not need to worry about accuracy with a bbaseball bat, I would still recommend that you go with the regular flex.
