I think any one can get this done when they call to ask a realtor for selling the home, they can recommend a good place for you to go to if you need help.

I am a Texas appraiser so hopefully this info will help. There are few appraisers who do mobile homes. It directly depends if you are in a "neighborhood" type area or not. It is easiest to find an appraiser if he can find recent sales that are similar to your place. There is a list of appraisers at www.appraiserusa.com

To get a true appraisal, you should be able to look in the phone book for a local appraisal company.

If you just want to get a rough idea of what you might be able to sell the property for, you can call a local real estate agent who can give you an idea of the sales price of other homes in the area and what you might be able to sell for. If the real estate agent wants to charge you, find another agent.

Keep in mind, the real estate agents' answer is NOT the same as an appraisal.
