Do you prefer a laptop or desktop comptuer?

I bought a desktop last year, now I wish I would have gotten a laptop

You can get a wireless mouse for a lap top, you just insert it in the USB key. My sister has one

its way harder to maintain but it has its advantages. i bring it almost anywhere i go, all the info i need is within reach. im a professor and i use my laptop for lectures. if i use a desktop and rely on flashdrives, i risk getting virus from other computers.

i can put it on the floor if i feel like sprawling on the floor. i bring it to bed on lazy days and i feel like chatting till i fall asleep (careful with overheating batteries, though-- i put mine on a thin wooden block same size as my laptop, which i also bring to bed). i can put it on my desk if i need to do some serious encoding. the possibilities regarding portability is endless.

im saving money for a second computer and im buying another laptop.

I have two laptops. One for work and one for personal use. I would prefer a laptop because you could use the internet where ever you go. In select cities and states.

Desktop for everyday use. But the laptop is nice for travel.

i like desktop because u have a mouse, i dont like the finger pads on the laptops. but im gonna have to get used to it because im gettin a laptop next week

Laptops are cool but, I prefer a mouse over those keys, so hard to maneuver
