None is the correct answer, it is a myth, I was told once that spiders drink from ur eyes n mouth when u r sleeping but it is untrue.. they are too scared of you to get that close.

While your asleep, another you takes over many things, the you that is inside and doesn't ever come out when your awake. It's almost like a robot you, it acts how it should and thats that, no more no less. When there is food in your mouth or anything for that matter, your subconscious mind will simply go "oo i need to chew this" and then swallow. The average thing is just an average, depends on where you live really. If there is a lot of spiders then you'll eat more, if theres less you might not even eat any. Totally random really, it's all down to chance that a spider will enter your mouth and since spiders are silly and don't move when you pull crazy faces at them, they are most likely to just sit their doing their thing.

Well, I would assume we eat a few in our life time without knowing, but I wouldn't think everynight, I mean some of the most common spiders are poisonous, so we would prob, be dead if we ate them every night. The most deadly spider, the daddy long leg, humans are protected by the spiders hinged jaw,it cannot bite us because of that hinged jaw.
Spiders are everywhere...it is said that we are at least one spider within a 3 foot square radius.

I read somwhere that it was an average of 8-12 spiders every year. You sleep with ur mouth open and it just walks on down the black pipe. If you wake up n feel like uv got something stuck in ur throat, n keep trying to clear ur throat, its probably a wee spider!
