Where can I buy One Tree Hill Season 4 Episodes?

I basically bought a copied DVD of all season 3 episodes (don't worry guys I have since bought the proper DVD set) a few months ago and as I don't want to wait until June 2007 to see it in Ireland (Season 3 is still running on TG4) I want to buy the episodes as they come out in the US. I have tried Youtube but they are muddled everywhere in different parts. Is there a site that I can legally download episodes (for a price) without subscribing, downloading new media players etc. Windows Media format would be ideal.
