why is it every time i get m periond my legs ache????

If it's your upper thigh it's from your hormones. Also it could be water weight on your leg as well which happens during your monthly, to help this i suggest a water-pill there is one from Diurex, you can use the regular water pills or the PMS formula for your monthly. It will help stop the aches and keep the pouch down during that time of the month.

Women get period pains in different ways and at different extremes - personally my stomach gets very bloated, my lower back aches and sometimes my legs ache - my aunt once told me her legs ache when she has her period - its normal and nothing to worry about - there are over the counter medications you can buy to reduce period pains - give them a try.

dont know the why - but do know actiprofen helps - they dont know why that is either......
