Okay I have a Hp desktop computer about three years old and it is truly possessed. It stared a couple months ago I would turn the power strip off at night and in the morning when I wanted to go on the computer I would click the power strip back on but the led button on the tower was blinking on and on and I could not turn the computer on until it stopped blinking, but now it just keeps blinking i mean it was blinking throughout the whole night and even when I woke up this morning it was still blinking so I don't even have a chance to turn it on. If anyone has any info for me it would be great. I am not that computer literate so maybe I am doing something wrong or maybe I should call a priest so they can get the demon out of my tower.

You should NEVER turn off a computer by any means except the the shut-down menu or the button on the front. What you have been doing is called a "hard shut-down" and can damage your PC. It needs to shut down in a systematic fashion to save your settings so it knows what to do when it is restarted. The blinking light that you describe is the PC finishing it's shut down process which it needs to do before it can start up again. Unplug the PC for about ten minutes then plug it back in and try to start it. If that doesn't work you will have to do a system restore which will wipe your memory and be a lesson to you to NEVER shut the computer off like that.

ut oh... Should never turn puter off at the power strip except as a last resort..... So you may have damaged it and need a tech man. It is best to turn off puter properly thru the Start button..
PS... try unplugging your computer from the back of it for awhile and then try again.....

LOL You may need a new power strip. If your computer works fine I wouldn't recommend calling a priest. I don't think he can do much. Take it to a computer shop.
