What do you want from a credit card?

Guaranty Bank is my choice because of the staff. The saying is correct "It's not what you know, but who you know." The benefit of their online banking is great. It is user friendly and current. You get a 'live' person when you call them, not a computer.

I want low interest and uncomplicated statements plus online access to my account for a credit card.

Policy changes that affected what I need from my bank.

No, they make too many little errors that I won't go into, but I do not like my bank.

I do not use credit cards, I use a debit card.

If I could easily switch banks, without botching up my bank-draft payments (not having money to cover them in the old bank, if the change over does not go through immediately) I would probably do it. It seems like a lot of trouble.

By the way, I use First Citizens Bank, and they are much better than the locally owned bank in my town from all of the horror stories I have heard.

i use US bank and i like it because of the customer service and the fact it is nation wide with many locations and Atms.

I have 2 credit cards- 1 is a BP card- i get 5% off gas at BPs nationwide and 1% back on other purchases- i put all my monthly purchases on this card to get BP gift cards or money.

my other card is for emergencies and is a platinum card with a 13,000 dollar limit. In case of medical emergency that my insurance doesn t cover or i have to flee the country or something.

i probably wont even consider switching banks unless i moved and there wasnt a US bank near where i lived or I decide to buy a house and need to set up a mortgage elsewhere.

I bank with National City. I hate this bank and they have the worst customer service. The only reason I am still with this bank is because I got a low interest rate on my car loan if I let them take the payments directly out of my account. I cannot wait to pay off my car so that I can switch to a bank that aprreciates me and my money.

I liked my bank before. very friendly and everyone in there knew my name, etc.. then it was bought out by Chase and chase changed all of the personnel and now, I go in but I am treated like a number.... the sincere friendliness is not there anymore.

What do I want from a credit card? I do not want the idiots at their company headquaraters to continually call me to offer this and to offer that. I even told them to leave me alone but they just do not seem to get the word. I also want a credit card that does not try to cheat the customer

i do not like my old bank. i had liberty. they f-d up my account as well as my father's account... well tech. 1500 people's account. i had $500 in my savings and i was underage at the time. no one could take money out of it. if i wanted to the bank was suppose to have both my signature and my father signature. well somehow (and no i was not low in funds with my checking account[sometimes if ur low in ur checking for clearing a check they take it out of ur savings to cover]) i ended up with only $250 in my savings and my dad says he never touched it. i know he would never cause he doesnt have a need to. my dad's problem with them as well as a total of 1500 other liberty customers was a computer company that liberty uses, sent scans of liberty customers checks, sent them to misc people. liberty found out and closed down everyones account until the problem was "solved" which took them over a month. mean while checks written out were bouncing cause the accounts were closed. checks like the morgage payment, insurance, and town taxes, credit card payments. liberty claimed all checks made would be "honored" but they were not. and he was also charged they $26 fee everytime a check bounced that whole month. so now my dad switched to another bank and i keep my money hidden near my house. i dont trust banks anymore. what do i want from a credit card? i refuse to have one. im afraid that i will abuse it and end up in debt like my father and 99% of america.

I'm with HSBC, I live in Malta and I find them very helpful, I can contact them 24/7 with any problems I have. I am with two other banks but I use them the most.
