In a vacuum they would weigh the same. In air due to Archimedes principle the feathers would weigh less as the air supports part of their weight equivalent to the weight of air displaced. The same is true of the stone but being more dense the air supports a smaller proportion of its weight.
If they weighed the same in air the feathers would be heavier in a vacuum.
If they weighed the same in a vacuum the stone would be heavier in air.

Scenario one: Stone weighs one ton, cannot be compressed.
Feathers weigh more than one ton cause of air in them, and after slight compression, weighs a ton. Conclusion is that they both weigh the same.

Scenario Two: Stone and feathers are just sitting there. In this case, the feathers would weigh more due to the amount of air trapped in them. Rocks are unable to have fluffy pockets to trap air and hence would remain at one ton.

they both weigh a ton. However, its going to take way more feathers to weigh a ton than it will stones. The quantity of feathers will be much greater!
