For the past 2 weeks i dont think i have been recieving ALL of my post.
I have a new postman + do understand that they might be a bit slower than normal. But i have been waiting for an item that was sent on 4th Oct. That now i've had to have resent. +my son has been waiting 2 weeks for his bank account pin. Do i go to my post office or local sorting office.

Ring (or call into) your local Sorting Office. They will take the details and begin a confidential investigation. The Post Office will try to help, but it's quicker to go direct to the Sorting Office.
