I've lived in both. It depends what you want out of life. If you don't want a large amount of rules and regulations and you like open spaces, then the US is for you. If you want to be taken care of by the government and don't mind some crowding, then the UK is your place.
Personally, I prefer the US.

Never been to the UK, so i am going with my USA.
Although all the gov't tries to do is pass more stupid laws and allow more illegal immigration; and bomb countries for oil. I still love it here.
Plus i can't see myself driving on the left side of the road on the right side of a car. That $hit would freak me out.

USA is the worlds super power. Think of it we are free and protected here. we have enough nucelear missles to blow up every contenent on this earth. How is that for protection
