I am confused about the spelling of these two words - is it possible to use confidencial in English?

The proper spelling of that word in English is "confidential." If you use the Spanish spelling, it might lead to confusion.

Do not see anything for confidencial without the "t"

confidential is the English word
the c in the other word is Spanish

in my opinion, using c instead of t makes it a spanish word. so plain confidential is the real english spelling. hope it helps.
