yes, i believe it can happen but you have to remember to allow each other to be yourselves, find yourselves, and no that you're both growing up together. there will be a lot of times you don't see eye to eye as the years go by but if your relationship is strong enough and you genuinely love each other it's definitely possible - good luck!

Yes, why not, it can surely happen. If two people really love each other and have a spiritual connection with each other then they may stay together the whole life.
But if the marriage was for just the physical attraction then it is hard to say. More importantly, I would like to say that most relationships that people enter into in their early adulthood are based on mere physical attraction.

Sure it's possible. Some of our parents and grandparents were 'high school sweethearts' and have been together for 20+ years and are still quite happy.
Even in today's world it can happen and couples remain happy. It does take a lot of work and a lot of patience. Patience is the key and of course having that connection with one another.

I know from experience that this could work. My parents married quite young. they were 20. and almost 20+ years, they are still together and in love. Same with my grandparents, they got married right after they graduated high school and they were married over 40 years, before my pappy passed. I have a friend who married less than a year after we graduated from high school and her and her husband are doing great, amost 2 years later.

Not a receipe for success.
Simply put, the brain is still growing and developing the judgment centers until nearly 21 yrs old. Seriously. So teenagers make dumb mistakes because they can't make consistently good choices. It's just that time of life. No judgment here. It's a fact. The pre-frontal lobes of the brain are not finished until that late. The Pre-frontal lobes control judgment. So hang in there, and get experience before committing a life long mistake.

I am living proof this is possible. My Husband and I went to high school together and got married 6 years after high school. We are still together and have been happily married for 15 years.

Absolutely. Does it happen often..no. I started dating who is now my husband when I was 17. I am now 28. It definitely was not easy. We did break up for a year. Relationships are work. You have to bend and mold to the other person and their wants and needs. If you can do that and still be happy, then that is wonderful!!

It is possible but the fact is that those relationships are only a handful of the total amount of relationships which fail under those conditions. Those conditions cause more divorces than any other reason.
