I am amazed at people's stupidity at times.

You're all right, this is in itself a pretty pointless question. I really asked the wrong question altoghter. What I don't understand is why people sometimes ask pretty obvious questions that either A.) should be common sense or B.) should be asked to a professional... e.g. Why is does it mean if my pregnancy test shows only a faint pink line? (Read the instructions; common sense) Or "Why does my dog keep throwing up and won't eat?" (Pick up a freaking phone and call a Vet!). Does this make my question a little more clear? I really rather do enjoy the whole Yahoo Answers thing, and I can appreciate the good questions but the plain stupid, lack-of-common-sense ones are the ones that get me!

This could be debated for days. Sometimes it might just be because they have nothing else to do. Boredom at work leads to asking pointless questions on Yahoo Answers ;)
However, for the good questions, I enjoy Yahoo Answers. There are many wonderful minds on here, they are just sometimes dwarfed by the constant unintelligent questions and answers.

Wouldn't this question be classified as a pointless question? I think it probably could be. So, why did you ask this question? If you can answer that, then you may have the answer to the question.
