i have palmnone zire 72s and i want to re install all the software,i've lost the CD how can i get it from.?

after delete many aplications i no need anymore my ram still very small i just want to restart all again without lose my contacs and notes, from where i can dowload the software i need, versamail web pro, java ... and file transefer service or protocolo to transfer files from my pc to my palm thru bluetooth.
