If I got 80% of the questions I answered right. I didn't guess on 4 of them because I could not narrow down a single choice. Would I of been better off just putting down C for all of them, or was this the smarter move?

I'd say you are in the 600-650 range.

It didn't matter whether you guessed or not. You should guess if you can even doubt one of the answers. Guessing will increase the volatility of your score, but not improve or hurt it (on average).

Well, if you could have eliminated even one of the five choices on all the questions, then the effect of guessing or not guessing would theoretically be the same. But if you could eliminate two or more, you should have guessed. I'm not sure what the score range is, though.
