It is North Korea dear. They are a communist country who do not care for world peace. Their own countrymen lives in poverty and yet fully supports the communist government. This is a country if left not checked will become the Germans during Hitlers time.

South Korea didn't conduct a nuclear test! North Korea did.
North Korea is controlled by a communist dictator who does whatever he pleases. Having a nuclear bomb makes him the big bully, he thinks, on the block.

It was North Korea that tested the atomic bomb not South Korea. North Korea want to show the world that they are tough. Even though they are starving and dying of all kind of sickness and the cold weather.

NORTH KOREA. he felt like the US was not paying enough attention to him (that is the truth simply put). he felt dissed (however you spell that) he is a nut job and did it to get attention plus, he wants to blow up someone. his people have nothing to loose. those who do know that there is a world out there are hoping for war for what do they have to loose? either they will die sooner than starving to death, or someone will save/rescue them from their lives of misery that comes with having an insane dictator. that is god's truth....

it was actually north korea that did the test and they prob did it because they know crazy *** bush wants to invade them next and they want to be prepared, that's if, and a big IF, they really even did any test or have any nukes. can any one say IRAQ and weapons of mass destruction? maybe they stole them from iraq and want to see if they still work.....
