It doesn't really effect us. Right now the two best sites on the net have officially said they'll keep allowing US players http://www.ultimatepokerbankroll.com/article.php/internet-gambling-ban-poker-sites-status if you look at that list, most of the big sites are allowing Americans. So don't worry. Keep playing if you enjoy it.

The new law will likely be repealed or altered either through court action or legislative action. Most surveys suggest that 75% of Americans oppose the law and are unhappy with the way it was passed. Besides the on-line gambling industry has no shortage of money or lawyers to help change the law. A few on-line gambling sites have been scared out of the American market so I suggest you support those sites that have taken a stand and are fighting for ways for us to enjoy are favorite past time.

Are you kidding, it has inspired me to gamble more!
Share prices are plummeting on companies that make billions...if you like to gamble, how about a gamble on this.
There are already loopholes being explored, the companies will bounce back - their wealth generation is assured as it is proven - their weight is also massive,
load some money into their shares and just sit back and watch them kick the crap out of the law...the shares will bounce back, brave people who bought shares when they were in the toilet - ...free money - way hey!!
That is what the stock market is all about, start playing on it...better than gambling, man!!
