Your photos are, in fact, copyrighted from the moment you take them.
However, if you have posted them online (which I assume has to be the way he got them) you have opened them up to the public to use as they wish. If you do not want people to do this, put a disclaimer stating so at the bottom of the picture or of your page.

You could sue and probably get him to remove the photos but
they are out on the internet now so I would just ignore them..
Time will solve the problem...

dont know why your so concerned now. when u put ur pic up.. even as a avatar or in ur profile.. ppl will copy and use them for their own purposes. theres not much you can do. when you post pics up anywhere they usually get you to agree to a waiver in the beggining. please learn from this.

Don’t invite strangers to your home or in your case web site. I would think a woman working with your social environment would know better.
If you are “selling it”, then you are expecting people to come in to “buying it”.
Just don’t sell it.

be happy that you must be attractive enough to have someone out there that wants to post you pics....my mother used to always say that if they arent talking about you ( or in this case, stealing your pics) then you must be doing something wrong...honestly, is it really that serious?
