Running.

I like running when i'm upset.

I also love listening to music, sleeping, crying, venting, writing, reading, smoking, drinking coffee, going for a long drive, studying math, drinking water, sitting somewhere high (hill) and just gazing out, thinking about what got me angry in the first place and see if i can fix it...

grab my headphones and go for a long walk to someplace peaceful and full of nature.
or read a book and listen to music in my locked room

go to another room away from everone.Then wait till i calm down if not go to bed.Heavy metal music is good in times like those.
