Running.
I like running when i'm upset.
I also love listening to music, sleeping, crying, venting, writing, reading, smoking, drinking coffee, going for a long drive, studying math, drinking water, sitting somewhere high (hill) and just gazing out, thinking about what got me angry in the first place and see if i can fix it...
