Please, we have a limit in the number of letter we can wirte here, and i can't begin to explain in the space allotted, so i will simply say, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN. That is why i am buysing a house. I just pray that things come up when you know who is no longer around, otherwise i am going into debt and getting nothing back ever! I am worried about my children, and i don't even have any, let alone anyone to have any with right now! that is how srewed we are. We are tore up from the floor up!

Mostly with the destruction of infrastructure. Without adequate infrastructure you can't attract capital investment. (ARM)
