If it is referring to Windows security settings (antivirus & firewall) then it's because you have an antivirus program installed that came with it's own firewall. When this software installed it entered a key in your Windows registry to prevent Windows from constantly warning you that the firewall is disabled . Nothing wrong if this is the case .... millions of PC users have this.

Yeah most of them show microsoft items like ietie.? and this is a windows system file. So just ignore it

that is no thing to worry about. it just says that reg has been changed . dont worry it is not a spy ware or some thing
