Sounds like braxton hicks, or the baby moving down into position, if you get them frequently or start to bleed go see your doctor immediatley.
Good luck with your pregnancy and the birth x

The back ache, cramps, and feeling ill are all signs that your time is coming close, however you should call your doctor about the greenish discharge - the baby may have had a bowel movement already and if he she inhales or swallows the "dirty" amniotic fluid it could be a problem, call your doctor, and he or she will likely either want to see you in office or will send you to the hospital to have things checked out. My second child did this and they just watched his breathing closely when he was first born to ensure he wasn't having any difficulty - he was perfectly healthy, so don't stress, but do call right away to see what the doctor says.

That sounds like braxton hicks to me. I had them severe. You should not feel sharp pains just tightenings. As long as you are not bleeding just try to relax and take it easy.

Any discharge? Bleeding? If no, then probably just a normal pregnancy ache.....If you have any discharge or bleeding get into the doctor right away.

you should check with your dr.....it sounds to early to me to be braxton hicks at 20 wks...maybe it is just your uterus stretching, but call your dr just to be sure.
