My last period was Sept 11 and I ovulated on Sept 25. So am I considered to be in my 6th week, or my 4th?

the first day of my last period was on sept 3rd and I am 6 weeks and 3 days.... so you are something like 5 weeks...
go from the first day of your last period and count up 7 days and back 3 months and that is your due date
you are 5 weeks and 2 days to be exact and you are due on June 18th

You're 6 weeks along but only 4 weeks pregnant. Your gestation is counted from the first day of your last period. Congrats!

The doctors measure from the start day of your last period so I think you would be 6 weeks, but you should make a Dr appt to find out for sure.

whats up! The drs initiate the countdown because of the fact the 1st day of ur final era. sure they count form that entire week u menstruated as a "week." which ability u r 5 weeks n 5 days. each thursday any further will finished a week for u. This coming thursday will make 6 weeks for u. The drs get their due date by utilising counting 40 weeks after feb 5 (first day of ur final era) which ability ur due date could be november 12 2009. on the brink of thanksgiving!! wish this helps..stable luck!!

Your midwife will give you an estimate date of delivery counting from your lmp, when you have your ultra sounds this date may change as they measure the size of the baby to give a more accurate result.

you are 6 weeks pg ,dr count them since the first day of yourlast menstrual period. So your are 6 wks pg but your baby is 4 weeks (gestational age).....dont worry about it, the 40 weeks of pg are counted from the 1st day of your LMP

take in consideration that upon conception your baby is already 2 weeks old. i think that you may only be 4 weeks. your doctor would know this better than anybody
