yeah.. and it's like any other country... The rich nations will use the "pollution tax" tactic so they can pollute the devoloping nations. The rich can pay tax to make other countries look like poop and what message does this give? It gives the message that others are stupid and the rich can screw the poor as many times as they want. I don't think that's fair... i think that's an abuse on the UN code of humanity... no wait... somebody already made it legal to torture people... this world is way beyond the dogs... I just hope the mayans are correct. I hope humanity dies out Dec 21, 2012. THere are too many people abusing each other for $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
