The doctors do not have a clue what this is and have not suggested it could be this, but I cannot think of anything else. Has anyone else had this? the pain is on my right hand side, just below my ribs and somewhat central.

I have endometriosis too - i have not heard of chest pain but i am aware that endo can develop in many places on the body. Look on the National Endo Society website, they also have a helpline that may be able to help you. Good Luck. xx

You say the pain is below your ribs, I wouldn't call that chest pain, I would say it was high abdominal pain. It could well be referred pain from the infection spreading in the abdominal cavilty.

No. Endometriosis cannot cause chest pain. Dr's should do a stress test if they have not already. If you have not been sick with a cough or cold, probably angina or anxiety.
