Previously to filling for bankruptsy I became involved with one of those "start your own business on line programs". It sounded good and I really need the money. But they just cost me more of what I already do not have and they still want to take money from my bank account when there is no money in there. I tried to cancel with them but they tell me if I cancel that I will have to pay them 200. more that I do not have. I need advise.

Didn't your bankruptcy cover this?

If not, carefully read the terms and conditions you agreed to when you signed up to see if they are telling the truth. If they are, pay the $200 and get out before they screw up your finances further. If there is no cancellation or termination of contract type fee listed in your terms, they are bluffing to get more money. Call them on it.

Most likely, you will be better off just paying to get out. Also, close the bank account they have your info for.

This ones tough... it sounds like you signed a contract to stay with them for a certain amount of time for a monthly fee... they conned you into their scheme... look over the contract and read all the fine print to see if there ia anything in the contract they failed to provide... and contact the better business buteau... if there is anything in the contract that is misleading document it somehow... from this point on... keep a journal of all phone calls... letters written... dates and name of who you spoke with etc... I would bug the F$%^K out of them... even if you have to make up some stuff when you report them to the better business bureau... all this might take some of you time... but when I am up against something like this... I stay focused on the money I am going to recoup... that keeps me motivated... hope this helps!!!!
