Ok, first of all, what things is she doing that is making you think that she may have the same feelings back towards you? Just answer that to yourself. If you truly believe she may have feelings for you like you have for her then go ahead and tell her the truth. If you aren't that sure I would say give it some time before opening up.
But definitely do open up. I know what it's like to be in love and not tell the person. It's such a painful feeling. You shouldn't keep all that bottled up inside.

Oh my, that is a bit tricky. If you think she may possibly love you too, does that mean her marriage is unhappy ? How old is her daughter, can she manage if her parents would break up ?
Now your avatar shows a girl, but are you a male or a female ? If you are really a girl that would make it a bit more tricky, it may be wise to find out how she feels about lesbians first. If you are a man you can talk to her straight away, but make sure she solves her marriage first before you guys go for it.

you need to open your felling up to her and see where it leads you's.communication is the best way to go. yes she may be married but you are not truly sure of her true feelings. take the time to find out. she may feel the same as you.
