I can get to the room but it comes up blank. When it states, "wait for three minutes or click here", it just stays blank regardless. Is it something to do with java script?

Well, you got to have at least a modem that has a higher transfer rate than 56kb/s.

Believe it or not - I played this about 3 wks ago @ a friends house. They are from up north a ways, around Indy - so they play it all the time up there. Down here in southern Indiana, esp around EVV, the game is Clabber - which is similar to Euchre in that we use 1/2 a pinochle deck & catch "tricks" - it's a regional thing, too. Euchre is a great game, tho - I like it. <---- Hoosier card-player

here is the most likely problem.
If you can’t get lounge page to open do this! Click on My PC ,disk drive C, open windows folder,next open Downloaded programs file. click game you want to play to high lite it.delete it.Now go back to game,it will prompt you to download a demo,do so and page will open! Your old download is stale since yahoo's new up grades. next do this;
When you try getting in lounge or room and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow.This is the proper way to use the pop up blocker,and in past 3 months i have never had a problem or had to hold any keys down to get in! NEXT Do this to get in rooms! 1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box.once in room make sure you expand it to see chat area.you only see half of cards but you can still play.This also gets rid of the ads. my dial up ave is 26.4 kb and i get in with no problems.

1.Try clearing your history in internet options.
2.disable popup blocker.
3.Sign out of yahoo then sign back in.
