An example may be an over weight person who hates what they look like, indulging in more food to make themselves happy for the moment, and then they walk around all grumpy and angry when they see people thinner than them. When someone suggest weight loss they freak out saying they've tried everything and can't lose it. I say stop being p***ed off at the world and try a little harder. As soon as the problem starts going away, you'll start feeling better about yourself and won't be so grumpy towards everyone. Like yourself and the world will like you too!
