First of all take her out. The next day, call her over your place. Ask her if she has any crush. If she says yes, do not say a word and try to attract her by the way her crush attracts her. Copy him but don't do everything like him, then she'll doubt you. If she says no, tell her that I have a crush on someone. Look straight into her eyes. Hold her hand simultaneously and with the other hand give her roses and chocolate and a card which you should give after this dialogue:-
"I want to tell you something. Something for quite a long time. I really hope you do not hesitate.I want you to read my heart. This is a truth for so many days. I never thought it would happen but yes, it happened. I realized it now and I want you to know what I want to tell you."
She will be eager to know. If she says something stop her romantically by saying shhhh! and keeping a finger of yours on her lips.
Give her the card and go away from there for a few seconds saying that you need something. Hide somewhere and watch her read. Look at her reaction. After she finishes reading, wait for a few seconds without her knowledge. then go very slowly and sit beside her. Propose her for being your girlfriend. Believe me, she will say yes.
and in the card, make sure your secret is not told outside of the card along with the front picture. The matter should be inside. Describe her in your own words and then tell her you love her.
You might need a texture paper [red], Golden, Silver, and Black markers, scissors.
Cut the texture paper in the form of a heart and with a black marker, write, Just for you very beautifully, inside write the following [with Silver pen]:-
Your eyes are like two crystal clear pools of love,
Your lips are as red as rose,
Your hair is the most touching part of my life,
Your shoulders are the ones I want to rest on,
You lead me on,
You are a gift that will and should not leave me,
At the last,
I would like to convey the message that...
"I AM MADLY IN LOVE WITH YOU" [in Golden pen]

As the cliche goes: "Action speaks louder than words" From your statement, i assume that you are a bit shy. Well, there is no problem in that. Show your love through your actions. Simple little things mean a lot. Send her notes of concern, give her a flower even if there is no special occasion, escort her to school, fetch her from school, or simply hang out with her and listen to her thoughts. Women are romantics. This will give her an idea of what you feel for her..., then when you think she is ready..tell her, "I love you".

I think people are scared to say the words "i love u" first because of the fear of rejection, or maybe the person doesn't feel the same way about u, but the only way to face it is to tell her straight out that u have fallen in love with her. Who knows, maybe she is feeling the same way and has the same fears of telling u.

If you are already in a relationship, then it shouldn't be an issue to express how you feel...if she's someone you don't really know well then it's probably infatuation instead of love, so you may want to pursue getting to know her and seeing where things may go.

Well, is she in a current relationship with someone else? If she is then back off, BUT if she's a loner then take a chance...what do you have to lose? If she's your friend then she'll understand and even if it doesnt work out you guys should continue on being good friends...Good Luck!

Maybe you should just SHOW her. Plan an date, buy a flower and hold her hand. Simply tell her you want to spend more time with her. You find her interesting, and want to learn more. Remember, always open doors for her, and hold her hand when you are walking together. HUGS
