Initially, I viewed my dreams as insignificant but lately, my life has been greatly affected by them. (merely coincidence?) My dreams made me tired and I'm getting worried. Or should I be?
And if my dreams really meant something, how do I know their meanings exactly?
e.g.
1) Saw a friend wearing a white robe
2) A cleric crying, and red dawn in a desert
3) A long distance friend, whom I've never met - in the dream, it was merely a phone conversation
And of course, there's the part where I'll wake up in a dream, waking up into a dream again and finaly waking up completely.
Please, I am not asking you guys to help me, but only to recommend, please.
Most importantly, I don't view these dreams as evil, not nightmares. I never had one this year. I'm sure I'm in no need of medical help, just need your points of views. Thanks.

Your brain cannot stop functioning. It needs to always be "On." When you sleep, you deprive your brain of sensory input. Think of it as standing behind a window as the sun goes down; when it's dark, you see the reflections in the window. What you see in your dreams is a product of your imagination. For the most part, dreams don't mean anything...however, it is possible that you might be able to work something out in your life while dreaming that you couldn't do while awake, because while dreaming, your consciousness is not confined to the rigid structures of the physical world. Of course, this usually happens at random, as most dreams are composed of random bits and fragments of memories. Often, news and movies will influence the type of dreams you will have.

Actually, you know what this all means, and you will eventualy be willing to tell yourself.
Dreams are a very personal theng, and cannot be fully analyzed by anyone but you.
Only you have the experiences to understand what you are trying to say. I can tell you what MY experiences would be and what they mean to me.... but not for you.
Now, ask yourself these questions:
1) Why was your friend wearing the robe? What kind of robe was it? What was he doing while wearing the robe? Was there anything on the robe (designs, stains, etc)? did he have anything in his hands? What was his facial expression? How did he hold his body? Where was he when he ws wearing the robe?
2) Why was the cleric crying? Why was he in the desert? What was he doing while he was in the desert? What as around him? It was a red sky, but were there alot of cluds? Were there any shapes in the clouds? What was he wearing?
3) What was the conversation about? Was it happy? Sad? Were you glad to hear from this person? Who is this person? What does this person mean in your life? What does the person mean to you, personally?
4) What are the similarities between all of these dreams? Where do they overlap?
Spend some time answering these questions, and looking at what's going on in your life, and how these dreams intersect with that, and I truly feel you'll get the answers you seek.

Either 1 or some of them should have been true for you (when you happened to see there dreams) :
1. You are quite tired and worked up
2. Before seeing these dreams, you have done some mistake (not in dreams) during a few days or hours preceding the dream
3. You might be doing too much sex or sexual activities.
4. You were not eating well, driniking enough liquid or not getting enough sleep prior to these dreams.
5. You were doing too much religious activities (more than necessary for you)
Recommendation :
Don't worry about these dreams. They are the attempts of your subconscious mind to get out some heat from you so that you will not acutally suffer in your life. Through these dreams your subconscious is just making you relaxed. So your normal life remains unaffected as much as possible.
So avoid the above 5so that you will not see such dreams often.
Also don't keep thinking about dreams. Dreams are not real.
They are like movies. If you see a movie you know it is just a movie. Same about dreams. If you happen to see them let that not bother or worry you later for their significance or any such thing.
If your dreams bother you see a medical specialist.
Final Note : I have heard that if someone's dreams have any significance at all then that person himself or herself would know the significance of those dreams.

A nightmare leaves you feeling tense and unsettled upon waking. A dream does not.
Dreams often have no relation to the imagery, but are your subconscious simply trying to sort something out that is taxing or worrying you.
You say your friend is wearing a white robe, but do not say what they are doing, what their facial expression is, whether they speak. You mention a cleric, but what faith? He's crying, but is he sad, happy, guilty, mourning? Why the tears? All dawns in the desert are red dawns! It's the sand and the fact that the sun is closer to the equator where the majority of used desert is. What is said in the phone call?
The answer to your dream is in your own life, what are you doing in your life now, what changes have you undergone; moved house, lost a close one, changed jobs/school, etc. Perhaps you've been watching 'Lawrence of Arabia'?

Yes, they do mean something even if they don't mean anything, they mean something. Just like saying "No Comment" is actually a comment
In your case, briefly
#1 - white robe = perfect desire. You are expecting much from a friend
#2 - Cleric crying = guilt conscience, warning to your subconscious mind
#3 - friend never met, phone conversation = Looking for companionship, and support
Many times dreams are from our daily experience. There are some unexplained thing like prophetic dreams of course. but most of the dreams are from our subconscious minds.

Contrary to what others (above) have said, dreams are very important to your psychic well-being; your unconscious mind working out problems/situations you're facing in waking life. Your unconscious mind speaks to you in metaphors, which usually are quite personal in meaning, but there are general - archetypal - interpretations which can direct you toward the more personal. Avoid the "What Your Dreams Mean" sort of books; instead, begin with Carl Jung's "Man and His Symbols." This book is a wonderful first step on your journey into a fascinating world. Have a good trip!

This question is really an invitation to be tremendously funny. Sorry I am not up to it this morning.
My recurring dreams have involved 2 things, principally, very unmystical, if nonetheless very symbolic: 1) I cannot remember the combination of a lock, so I can't retrieve my stuff and 2) finding a library book under a stack of stuff that is years overdue, meaning I will owe hundreds of dollars in fines for a five dollar book.
Peace.

Often times our dreams deal with an aspect of our lives that are either incomplete or something we are affraid of dealing with. You have to look at recent events with a fine tooth comb and try to relate your dream with your reality. Maybe someone is going to get christined or baptised could be a wedding could be the passing of someone with unfinishes business be it good or bad. What have your relationships with family and friends been like the past few months? What major changes are about to take place in your life. Have you been stressed out at home or at work recently? all these play a factor in dreams I believe and you really won't know until you are able to sit down with self and evaluate things that may have been going on with you.

Dreams are simply a manifestation of the things that are going on in your life or during your day. I believe that if you think about the hours before you went to sleep or if you think about the kind of week you have had, then you may understand why you dream about what you do. Don't dig to deeply into interpretating your dreams. Our true imagination comes forth when our minds are relaxed. Mist
