It sounds to me like you have the majority of proffessional qualities, for a proffessional career which you are looking for. I don't want to tell you a specific career as that is up to you, but all I can say is that think about what you would like out of life, they are both proffessional careers you have stated, where you can't go wrong. They are skills that someone will always want and require. Being a doctor, is not only rewarding but can be a real money earner, can you not under go councelling to overcome your fear of blood. if your goal is money and an exciting job investment banking is the way forward. Accountancy qualifications are a must to get into mergers&acquisitions or private equity, but avoid accounting as a career because it´s boring and under paid. Be prepared to focus and study hard but it will make you a millionaire.

If you are better in Math then go into the finance world of mortgages and refinancing. My nephew is making a bundle.

no-one can really tell you what to become! you have to do something you really enjoy and something that you wont get bored of! you should only listen to yourself and what you really want! and doing something that you are good at would be the best thing to go for!
