To make a long story short, I cant seem to figure out why my guy friend and his family try to make me out as being crazy! yes our lives are worlds apart meaning, I just got accepted into the school of medicine and he is a customer service rep. lets see... my friends at school think im wonderful and comes to me about everything and children love me and cling to me.

My immediate family all have a careers those who are young enough; but his immediate family, his sister... and sometimes his mother says they dont like the way i think? they try to make me seem looney, and when ever the sister can she tries to make something out of nothing.

If we disagree about something she has! to tell me that im too smart and im inschool and i should no better about this and that?

WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH THIS? YOU THINK I WOULD KNOW BUT I HAVEN'T BEEN IN THIS SITUATION BEFORE

In-laws....isnt it wonderful? ...keep your distance and make sure your guy friend isn't telling them the ins and outs about your relationship because that alone will make them place judgement.

Okay, I have a few thing to say here. 1) There is a big difference between a witch and a Wiccan. A Wiccan is a person that practices Wicca, the religion, which is absolutely real and a recognized religion. A witch is someone that practices witchcraft. While some Wiccans practice witchdraft, not all do. Conversely, while some people that practice witchdraft are Wiccan, many are not. Get what I'm saying? 2) Well, your friend may or may not being lying about being a witch or Wiccan, but that doesn't mean Wicca and witchcraft are fake. Don't let them act as your one "example" of a Wiccan or witch because they may be fake. Then again, they may be telling the truth.

First know that the way they think is not your fault. It seems like you have set goals and plans for yourself that was honestly, motavation from your families decision and destiny. There is cleary a big difference between the standarts of both families. If anything, most families should celebrate the fact that their sibling has found such a career orientated young lady.My advice is draw near to him and build your relationship, (by any means nessessary) if you really love him. Lastly, to be real; you straight need to Bony and Clide it with him. What that will do is show both families that you all can hold your own togather. That will generate a sound respect for you and your relationship. They may not like you but they have to respect vision.Meaning let the vision of your lives speak for it's self.

I don't know how spritualy aware you are but let me tell, you prayer can allways helps. I hope this help you in some way
God Bless.

Well hon is real easy STAY AWAY FROM HIS FAMILY.....
when people make things about you from the beggining it means they dont approve of you or just plain dont like you...you can have a relationship with this man and keep distance of his people if your man loves you he will give you a place and they will have to accept to respect you even though they dont like you... some people just dislike for no reason. but people like that really hates when they get ignored as if they dont exist, believe me for now is your best bet.keep away and when you have to be around them stay as quiet as possible and you will see they have to leave you alone. good luck.

There are several thoughts that come to my mind. How does the
guy friend react to this does it seem to affect the relationship between you 2?If not there's a lil relief for ya,maybe his family is jealous and feels threatened by your family like maybe they feel inferior in comparison?Have you tryed discussing this with your friend or his family?

It sounds as if they feel intimidated by you! I'm afraid it may get worse for you with them. Where dose your guy friend stand with all this?

For peace of mind you need to avoid these people! If your guy friend sides with them on this, then you need to drop him, yesterday!

Less educated people often have a problem with educated people! It's sad, but true!
