Ooh, there's loads I can think of! Youtube and bored.com have been mentioned already, but I do recommend them!
Coffeebreakarcade.com has tons of games from various websites (Go to any one of gamehouse.com, popcap.com or addictinggames.com as well);
newgrounds.com has loads of random Flash movies for different audiences, games and - I think - music.
thesongtapper.com lets you find out what a song is by tapping it out on your keyboard
iusdtobelieve.com - have a giggle at what people believed when they were kids, and submit your own beliefs too.
Any particular things, movies, video games, bands etc? Cause I would suggest some but don't know what you like.
sonicwrecks.com, if you like Sonic the Hedgehog is great! It's a UK fansite with loads of sprite comics(Silly and rather British humour) and a radio station from the host!

It's very American, and some of the humour is dirty, or about 'retards' and/or 'gays'. I don't like the 'retard/gay' jokes(It winds me up the way people use those words as insults), but they have loads of funny animal pics, random tests, voice clips and random stuff!
