I would have to say that a peanut butter and sardine sandwich with a large dab of mint jelly on rye bread has got to be one of the healthiest and scrumptious sandwiches you can make.
Make note: The sardines must be the type that are in a mustard sauce as the ones packed in oil mix with the peanut oil and is not very palatable.

I'm not a peanut butter kinda person. Can I substitute jelly, honey, strawberries, wine, Hershey's syrup, or strawberry preserves in it's place ?
