I fully agree with that statement. I find that sexual activity is a great tension reliever so you're less likely to kill yourself or others. And depending on how sadistic, hedonistic, debauched, kinky, whatever... you can let anything out. It's art... your way of expressing yourself. And when you find the right canvas, it's brilliant... I believe it's the only form of art where you can have continuous masterpieces. Some even better than those that precede it.
So keep on keepin' on Ichi.

Well, Freud had a lot of crazy ideas that I wouldn't personally live by. I was a psychology major in college and I'm not a big fan of Freud. But, I say to each his own. If it makes someone happy and it doesn't hurt anyone else, then do what you want.

I think Freud was one sick and twisted puppy and his ideas about psychology are widely disreputed, that aside, he was the first to develop theories about psychology in a semi scientific way.
As for sexual morality, at first glance 'if it feels good do it' seems the choice to many these days, but there are social and physical reasons for our inhibitions such as to adultery and incest and others.
